Make Space Storage is hiring a Part-Time Store Coordinator for our Moose Jaw self-storage facilities. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, handling administrative tasks, and coordinating day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will support tenant accounts, lease documents, invoicing, and CRM records while assisting with on-site duties. The position suits individuals who are proactive, organized, and capable of working outdoors in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or administrative experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable handling phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
• Basic knowledge of invoicing, payments, and collections is an asset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM or property management system experience preferred.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and service providers.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in in a timely manner.
• Manage tenant accounts including move-ins/outs and renewals.
• Prepare and maintain lease agreements and compliance documents.
• Handle invoicing, payments, refunds, and daily reconciliation.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and assist collections as needed.
• Maintain records in CRM/property management systems.
• Coordinate reservations and unit assignments based on customer needs.
• Support on-site operations and provide site access; cover for manager as needed.
• Perform light maintenance duties and site cleanliness tasks.
