Job summary

Apple Self Storage in Canada is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to support the site manager and customers. This role offers about 10 hours per week, including Saturdays, with potential for more hours as needed.

You will drive sales, deliver great customer service, process transactions, monitor security, and maintain a clean, safe facility. This position provides an independent work environment with occasional responsibilities at other sites.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in retail, hospitality, or sales.
• Technical skills to manage multiple systems for site operations and learning.
• Ability to work full-time during site opening hours, and occasional after-hours availability as required.

• Deliver Great Customer Service – Ensure every customer interaction is positive, handle concerns, and maintain high standards.
• Support the total business – Jump in when needed to assist with the Call Centre with customer inquiries and sales and support other sites occasionally.
• Manage Payments & Accounts – Process transactions, follow up on late payments, and keep records up to date.
• Keep the Facility Running Smoothly – Oversee daily inspections, ensure maintenance is handled, and monitor inventory levels.
• Prioritize Safety & Security – Enforce security protocols, respond to emergencies, and be the first point of contact for after-hours incidents.
• Stay Organized & Report – Track key metrics, report to the Site Manager, and keep records audit-ready.
