Job summary

Urban Barn in Richmond Hill, Ontario, is seeking a Full-Time Stock/Product Operations Associate to join our store team. You will handle stock deliveries and help maintain backroom organization while supporting the customer experience.

The role requires flexibility to work various shifts across seven days, lifting up to 50lbs, and a focus on visual presentation as directed. A background in retail or customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in retail sales and/or visual merchandising preferred.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Must have manual dexterity to perform tasks such as climbing ladders, moving boxes and furniture.

Salary Range: $18.10 To $18.60 Hourly

Contribute to the customer experience through supporting the store with an organized and cohesive visual presentation. As a Product Operations Associate, you will be responsible for handling incoming stock deliveries and maintaining the backroom organization.

Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we're looking for candidates who can work a variety of shifts (i.e. weekdays, weeknights, and weekends)

What You Will Do

• Replenish product on the sales floor
• Manage and receive stock
• Ensure the backroom is organized and efficient
• Support Customer Service and Experience
• Support Visual presentations including following visual directives and confiming placement of all products on sales floor

What You Bring

• 1 year Customer Service experience preferred
• Experience in Retail Sales and/or Visual Merchandising preferred
• Detail oriented and organized
• Must have manual dexterity to perform tasks such as: working on ladders, moving boxes and furniture, and bending
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50lbs, unwrap, wrap, and build furniture
• Commitment to a flexible schedule (Open to daytime, evening, and weekend shifts)
• Available on Saturday and Sunday
