Job summary

Urban Barn Windsor is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to help customers discover inspired furniture and home décor, while sharing product knowledge and creating a welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Retail Sales experience.
• Experience using a Point-of-Sale system and iPad.
• Flexible schedule to work a minimum of 3 days (12-20 hours) per week, including at least 1 weekend and 1 weekday daytime shift.
• Ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg.

Responsibilities

With over 50 retail stores across the country, Urban Barn is a national retail chain offering high-quality furniture and home décor. Accompany and guide customers to find inspiring furniture and home décor during their visit to our store. As a Sales Associate, you will represent Urban Barn by offering friendly service and product knowledge to help our customers create a space they love to call home. In collaborating with the store team and managers, you will provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible.

Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we’re looking for candidates who can work a variety of shifts (i.e. weekdays, weeknights and weekends).

What You Will Do:
