Job summary

Scandinave Spa Whistler is seeking a Staff Accommodation Coordinator for part-time hours to manage day-to-day housing operations for our staff at the Whistler location.

You will handle move-ins/outs, documentation, inspections, and occupant support while coordinating with HR, maintenance, and contractors. A customer-focused, organized approach ensures a safe, welcoming environment for staff housing.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Proven ability to manage documentation and records accurately.
• Experience with administrative tasks, coordination, and communication.
• Ability to work independently, own responsibilities, and adapt to daily housing operations.

Responsibilities

• Move-Ins & Move-Outs: coordinate housing for new and departing employees, scheduling, docs, unit readiness.
• Documentation & Record Keeping: create tenancy docs and maintain housing records.
• Inspections & Follow-Up: conduct monthly unit inspections and follow up on actions.
• Occupant Support: respond to questions, concerns, incidents and provide guidance.
• Maintenance Coordination: identify repair needs and coordinate with maintenance, contractors, and service providers.
• Communication & Coordination: collaborate with HR, maintenance, contractors, and occupants for smooth operations.
