Job summary

Scandinave Spa Whistler is seeking a Staff Housing Coordinator to manage day-to-day housing operations for our staff. This part-time role (16 hours/week) focuses on move-ins and move-outs, documentation, inspections, and occupant support, reporting to HR and collaborating with maintenance and contractors.

Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a valid BC driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience with housing administration or accommodation logistics (if stated).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and basic document management.
• Ability to communicate with occupants and coordinate with HR, Maintenance and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Move-Ins & Move-Outs: coordinate housing process and documentation.
• Documentation & Record Keeping: create tenancy docs and maintain housing records.
• Inspections & Follow-Up: conduct monthly unit inspections and track actions.
• Occupant Support: respond to questions and incidents, provide guidance.
• Maintenance Coordination: identify needs and coordinate with maintenance team and contractors.
• Communication & Coordination: work with HR, maintenance, contractors and occupants for smooth operations.
