Vail Resorts in Whistler, BC, is seeking a Sr. Housing Experience Coordinator to support resident wellness and housing operations for our winter seasonal program.

You will implement wellness programming, manage resident support cases, and collaborate with Housing leadership to create an engaging, inclusive living environment for employees.

This role blends customer service with operational duties, including documentation, safety, and communications, for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 period.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in guest services, customer service, or a related role.
• 1+ years’ experience managing data with focus on accuracy and organization.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and in compliance with data protection regulations.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support the Employee Housing Wellness Strategy to foster a safe, inclusive resident experience.
• Plan, facilitate, document, and evaluate wellness programs and community-building activities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with residents.
