Job summary

UNIQLO Canada is hiring full-time Store Associates for our Vaughan Mills store. The Store Associate is the customer service specialist, listening to customer needs, helping shoppers find products, and providing in-depth information about our apparel to deliver a high-quality shopping experience.

We value teamwork and initiative; successful candidates can work up to 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and courteous customer service to maintain and reflect UNIQLO’s values, mission and vision.
• Continuously remain knowledgeable with the company’s brand, products and any current store promotions and/or advertisements.
• Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness on the sales floor.
• Monitor and replenish floor stock when needed.
• Upkeep fitting rooms to store standards and assist customers whenever needed.
• Process various payment transactions using a Point of Sale (POS) System.
• Other duties as assigned.
