GoodMorning.com in Vaughan is seeking a part-time customer-obsessed associate to drive sales and deliver world-class service in our retail stores. You will be a frontline ambassador, embracing the Omnichannel experience to meet customer needs from the moment they walk in.

• 3 years of sales experience with a proven ability to listen to customer needs and close sales.
• Ability to sell complete projects and adapt communication tone to different audiences.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-up skills, with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Be the frontline for customers and provide solutions to meet sleeping needs.
• Offer value-added solutions and promote customer loyalty.
• Acquire and maintain product knowledge and stay informed about competitors.
• Update customer records and internal documents daily.
• Resolve product or service problems and ensure resolution with follow-up.
• Escalate issues when needed and meet/exceed KPIs.

In this role, you will

Be the frontline for our customers. Providing our customers with a solution to meet their sleeping needs

Offer value-added solutions, promote customer loyalty and provide exceptional customer service

Acquire and maintain an industry-leading level of knowledge on our products and services

Maintain awareness of competitor products and key comparative details

Understand our systems and update customer records and internal documents daily

Resolve product or service problems by: clarifying customers’ concerns; determining root causes; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; following-up to ensure resolution, knows when to ask for help. Obsesses over our customers experience and delivers the best in class service

Identify issues that need to be escalated to higher levels of support

Meet or exceed target KPIs as laid out for individuals and team

Other duties as reasonably assigned

A passion for providing exceptional customer service

3 Year of sales experience; a proven ability to listen to a customer(s) needs wants and desires, then provide a solution to meet their needs (closes the sales)

Understands what it means to sell the whole project

Able to correspond in multiple tones to cater for different audiences in various situations

Able to work both independently and as part of a team

Strong multitasking skills, highly organized, follow-up skills

Professional and positive attitude

Hours of operation: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 8:00pm, Saturday 9:00am - 8pm and Sunday 10:00am - 6:00pm local time (may vary by location)

Hourly position: Approximately 20 hours a week, including weekdays, weekends and holidays
