Qualifications

• Current registration and good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
• Excellent care planning and assessment skills.
• Knowledge of common chronic illnesses and their management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of CNO documentation standards.
• Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills.
