Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse in the applicable province (Ontario).
• Experience caring for seniors and with unregulated care providers preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide planned, patient-oriented, goal-directed nursing care per provincial standards.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team to ensure resident well-being.
