Qualifications

• Registered Practical Nurse in the applicable province is required.
• Experience with seniors and unregulated care providers is preferred.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide planned, patient-oriented nursing care per provincial standards.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team and communicate effectively.
• Assess, update and document care plans and progress.
• Coach and mentor unregulated care providers.
