• Ability to meet physical demands: lifting 50+ lbs, walking, standing.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests in a courteous, helpful manner; handle needs promptly.
• Respect guest privacy and personal information; ensure health and safety compliance.
• Provide security for guest belongings while servicing suites.
• Clean and replenish guest suites to Minto standards; sanitize bathrooms and tidy areas.
• Report malfunctioning equipment and maintenance deficiencies; assist with moving furniture as required.

Here’s how you’ll contribute

• Interact with guests in a courteous, helpful manner; handle needs promptly
  • Respect and uphold guest privacy and personal information
  • Ensure health and safety compliance and report hazards
  • Provide security for guest belongings while servicing suites
  • Clean and replenish guest suites: sanitize bathrooms, make beds, tidy living/kitchen areas, laundry as per Minto standards
  • Report malfunctioning equipment, furniture, and appliances
  • Remove linens/towels not meeting quality standards and maintain linen closets in tidy order
  • Return lost-and-found items as per procedure
  • Flag maintenance issues for corrective action
  • Assist colleagues during high-demand periods or emergencies
  • Maintain the cleanliness of garbage rooms and assist with preparation of garbage bins for pick up
  • Report all maintenance deficiencies for corrective action and complete some maintenance work
  • Perform furniture moving, as required
  • Assist other staff when requested
  • Must be able to lift 50+Lbs as required
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Property Manager

Hiring pay range rate:

$20-$21 per hour
