AgeCare Trilogy in Scarborough, Ontario is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team. The RN will coordinate resident care, lead shift reports, and ensure timely documentation in the chart in line with provincial standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Registration with provincial registry in good standing required.
• Knowledge of applicable Canadian health acts and safety regulations.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate nursing and other services for residents within the neighbourhood.
• Lead shift report with health care team and communicate changes in resident status.
• Record significant changes in residents’ condition and ensure chart documentation complies with policies and standards.
• Review and process physician orders promptly and escalate issues to the Director of Care as needed.
