About The Role

As a Retail Supervisor, you’ll partner with the Store Manager to drive store performance and maintain an organized, efficient operation. You’ll take charge as a keyholder, overseeing daily tasks, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies. You’ll help cultivate a positive team culture by supporting staff training and development, creating a welcoming environment for guests.

What You Will Do

• Lead by example to drive performance and exceed sales goals
• Assist with opening / closing procedures and store operations as a keyholder
• Support staff development, training, and team-building activities
• Deliver exceptional customer service and connect guests with suitable products
• Maintain high standards in merchandising, stock levels, and store cleanliness
