At Treesa Builders, maintaining efficient inventory control is essential to keeping our construction projects on track. We are currently seeking a reliable and organized Storekeeper to join our operations team in Vancouver. This role ensures that materials, tools, and supplies are properly stored, tracked, and distributed to support project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store materials and equipment delivered to the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly.
• Issue materials to project teams based on approved requests and ensure proper documentation.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure storage areas are clean, organized, and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate with procurement and site teams regarding stock requirements and deliveries.
• Keep records of all incoming and outgoing items and assist in preparing inventory reports.
• Monitor the shelf life of perishable items and report damaged or expired stock.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in inventory or warehouse management is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a storekeeping or warehouse role, preferably in the construction industry.
• Good knowledge of inventory software and basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Good communication and record-keeping skills.
• Familiarity with construction materials and tools is an asset.
