Job summary

The Beer Store Bolton location is hiring Part-Time Retail Staff to join our team at 150 McEwen Dr. E., Bolton, ON. You will help customers, stock shelves, and handle transactions in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a unionized workplace with starting wages at $17.95 per hour, with wage increases based on hours worked per the Collective Agreement. The role requires lifting up to 40lbs, standing for extended periods, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 1 year's consecutive retail experience.
• Completion of High School and/or GED equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, unload delivery trucks, maintain store cleanliness.
• Serve customers daily and process payment transactions.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and use PPE provided.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

The Role

We currently have vacancies for Part-Time Retail Staff for our Bolton, Ontario store. We are looking for employees who are energetic, enthusiastic and share our passion and commitment to satisfying our customers.

Location

A Retail Location at 150 McEwen Dr. E., Bolton, ON.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Stocking shelves, unloading delivery trucks, maintaining store cleanliness
• In this unionized role, you will be required to serve customers daily and process payment transactions
• You are expected to follow all health and safety procedures and must use all PPE provided
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Who You Are - Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Education

• Completion of High School and/or GED equivalent preferred

Experience

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have minimum 1 year's consecutive retail experience

Skills

• Must be able to comfortably lift up to 40lbs (over 18kg) for more then 100 ft (30 metres) for continuous periods of time
• Must be able to stand on your feet for 2 or more hours during a shift
• Able to perform basic computer functions
• Must be available to work weekends

Compensation

Wages starting at $17.95 and subject to wage increases based on hours worked according to the terms outlined in the Collective Agreement.
