Qualifications

• Preferred Type of experience the job requires Retail and/or customer service experience.
• Physical requirements include standing, lifting, and occasional heavy lifting in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they’re looking for.
• Ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience with proper cash handling.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties; maintain store recovery to deliver brand promises.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and company policies.
• Interact with others respectfully and promote the organization's vision and values.
