The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager in Spruce Grove, AB to lead a high-performing selling culture and drive strong sales with an engaging customer experience.

You will oversee front-end operations, service standards, and POS accuracy while coaching team members for ongoing development. Responsibilities include executing SOPs, maintaining store conditions, and promoting loyalty programs alongside event and department oversight.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop frontline teams.
• Experience delivering strong customer experiences and sales results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model best-in-class selling behaviors to boost conversion.
• Oversee store front-end, service standards, and POS operations.
• Guide MOD coverage and daily store execution to meet KPIs.
• Promote loyalty programs and in-store events to drive traffic.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies and safety standards.
• Coach teams across departments including Knit & Sew and Custom Framing.
