BODÉ Spa for Men is hiring a Part-Time Receptionist with Social Media Flair in Ottawa. Joining our Centretown team, you will handle reception duties, client engagement, and contribute to social media content creation.

The role emphasizes customer service, wellness, and engaging digital content while supporting daily spa operations and promotions.

Qualifications

• Previous reception, retail, hospitality, or spa experience is an asset.
• Experience with Square is an asset, but not required.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, and content creation.
• Reliable and available every Thursday and Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and create a welcoming, professional environment.
• Manage appointments, bookings, calls, texts, and emails.
• Process payments, memberships, gift cards, and retail purchases using Square.
• Educate clients about our services, promotions, and loyalty rewards.
• Recommend retail products and support location sales goals.
• Assist with daily opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception and retail area.
• Support our service providers and management team with daily operations.
• Help build relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content featuring our team, products, and spa.
• Create Instagram Stories, Reels, and short-form videos.
• Help promote services, memberships, retail products, and special offers.
• Work with our marketing team to support local campaigns.
• Bring creative ideas for content and community engagement.
• Assist with special events and in-store marketing.
• Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and respects client privacy.

BODÉ Spa for Men is looking for a Part-Time Receptionist with Social Media Flair to join our Ottawa team!

What You'll Be Doing

Reception & Client Experience
