Job summary

Maple Honda, part of Zanchin Automotive Group, seeks an experienced Part-time Receptionist to welcome visitors, manage calls, and handle basic administrative duties. The role offers evenings and weekend hours with opportunities for growth within the group.

You will support daily showroom operations, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure professional communication. A 1–2 year customer service background is preferred, with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

The expected pay range for this role is$17.95 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

About the opportunity…

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible for welcoming and greeting visitors to the dealership, handling telephone communications, and championing administrative duties. Specifically:

• Monday and Wednesday from 4:00pm - 8:00pm
• welcome customers visiting the showroom and inquire as to the purpose of their visit
• operate a multi-line telephone system and respond to customer inquiries
• review and respond to electronic mail quickly and in a courteous and professional manner
• perform administrative tasks and functions, including word processing, data input
• coordinate and process customer payments

About you….

Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in customer service, including:

• 1 to 2 years of proven experience in customer service and/or reception
• Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
• ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
• ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
• strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
• ability to maintain professionalism
• ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
