Toyota Northwest Edmonton is seeking a part-time Receptionist to join our team of customer-focused professionals. You’ll work evenings and weekends, serving as the first point of contact and handling a busy multi-line phone system while supporting administrative tasks.

As the director of first impressions, you’ll deliver exceptional service, coordinate with sales, and assist with payments, inventory stock-in, CRM updates, and other duties as required in a fast-paced, process-driven dealership

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Post-Secondary Education Preferred.
• Previous customer service/administrative experience required.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and manage in-person interactions.
• Operate a busy multi-line phone system and direct inquiries.
• Support sales coordination and basic administration tasks.
• Post payments, assist with inventory stock-in and dealer trade coordination.
• Maintain CRM records and other administrative duties as required.
