Scandinavian Building Services is seeking a part-time Operations Dispatch to manage end-to-end work orders and client inquiries for a remote Canada-based role. The successful candidate will coordinate across portals, communicate client requirements, and generate Excel reports while adapting to flexible shifts including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

As we continue to grow we are looking to add an Operations Dispatch (Part-time) to the Scandi Family!
Contract term is until July 19, 2027 and This is a REMOTE position.
Hours/shifts are not guaranteed; Days of work and hours scheduled are dependent upon vacation and sick time coverage needs of the Operations Dispatch team. Shifts 5 hours in length or longer are subject to a 1-hour lunch (30 minutes paid and 30 minutes unpaid). Flexibility to work days, evenings, overnights, and weekends is required.
Our ideal candidate will have superb multitasking skills along with the ability to make decisions independently. As our goal is to transmit accurate information in a timely manner, you must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
