Job summary

ProCook is seeking a Part Time Sales Advisor to join our Canada store. You will work with the Store Manager and team to exceed sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include selling to meet targets, maintaining store standards, building product knowledge, and supporting cash handling and safety procedures. Flexible with evening and weekend shifts is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service and actively sells to meet sales targets

• Ensures a high level of product knowledge by training and information gathering
• Contributes to store standards of display, POS and housekeeping
• Carries out tasks directed by Store/Deputy Manager or head office
• Ensures security of cash, stock, equipment and premises
• Follows health & safety policies and maintains a safe workplace
• Keeps store stock file accurate with good housekeeping and auditing
