Job summary

Apple is seeking an Advisor in Ottawa to lead the sales, merchandising, and operations of an Apple Shop within a partner reseller store. This part-time role covers 25 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences and product demonstrations.

You will train partner staff, maintain Apple merchandising standards, and actively seek opportunities to expand awareness of Apple solutions in a fast-paced retail environment in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Represent Apple within a single partner store and help customers develop relationships with our brand.
• Sell directly to customers, work closely with partners, and create new owners of our products.
• Provide an amazing customer experience by showcasing our products, accessories, and services.
• Proactively seek opportunities to expand awareness for new and existing customers.
• Leverage your curiosity for technology and stay up to date on initiatives impacting the customer journey.
• Ensure that all Apple fixtures, product exposures, and merchandising elements in the store are up to date and maintained according to Apple's standards.
• Provide daily care and inspection according to guidelines and escalated issues for timely and effective resolution.
• Educate customers by delivering individual and group product demonstrations, sharing the latest sales promotions, and encouraging adoption of the Apple platform.
