ProCook in Oxford is hiring a part-time Sales Advisor to create an inviting shopping environment and help customers select the perfect kitchen products. You will engage with customers, share product knowledge, demonstrate items, and process transactions with a focus on excellent service.

The role offers structured training, bonus potential based on targets, and a supportive team culture at the Westgate Shopping Centre store. Flexibility to work on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays is required.

Qualifications

We are looking for a confident, customer-centric Sales Advisor who enjoys engaging with customers, learning about high-quality products, and influencing buying decisions through excellent service and product knowledge.

This is a customer-facing sales role with clear performance expectations, structured training, and the opportunity to earn bonuses based on targets.

Your Role:

As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting shopping environment, ensuring that every customer leaves with the perfect product that fits their culinary style. You will be the friendly face of ProCook, helping customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing unparalleled service. Come and join our team in our Oxford Store located in the Westgate Shopping Centre! We have a permanent part time contract working 16hrs per week up to 28hr shifts within normal store opening times availability is required on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday
