Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Must be physically capable of frequent lifting, transferring and repositioning of clients.
• Active and current CLHA registration is required.

Responsibilities

• Observe, monitor and report changes in client status to RN/LPN.
• Deliver prescribed medications accurately according to policy and procedure.
