Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our Vancouver store. Educators engage with guests, share product education, and connect with our community and culture.

You will move dynamically on the floor, restock and present products, and collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience delivering customer service in a retail or guest-facing environment is preferred.
• Ability to move around a store, restock, and use in-store technology.
• Commitment to an inclusive, positive guest experience and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure a great experience and understand their needs.
• Provide product education and articulate benefits of items to guests.
• Interact on the floor to support store operations and guest workflows (buy online/ship from store, etc.).
• Collaborate with team to create a respectful, inclusive environment for guests and staff.
• Perform presentation and housekeeping tasks to maintain a luxury store ambiance.
