Job summary

The Citadel Theatre in Edmonton is seeking a reliable part-time Front of House Captain to lead our Guest Services team. You will supervise seating, manage departure flow, and uphold high standards of customer service and safety during performances and events.

Reporting to the Front of House Manager, you will ensure smooth operations, coordinate with staff, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced theatre environment while maintaining a welcoming experience for all patrons.

Qualifications

• Frequent availability to work flexible hours on weekends and evenings (some weekday availability would be an asset).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth and efficient seating and departure of patrons at performances and events.
• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Maintain order and ensure adherence to theatre and safety rules.
