The Citadel Theatre in Edmonton is seeking a full-time Box Office Patron Services Representative. You will sell tickets, packages, classes and merchandise, and work with the Patron Relations Manager to support a fast-paced box office environment.

You will use the CRM system to process sales, register classes, and provide administrative support. Weekend/evening hours are required and a positive, customer-focused attitude is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Sell tickets, packages, classes and merchandise at the Citadel Theatre box office.
• Use the CRM systems to sell and exchange tickets, register FTS classes, and provide administrative support.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospects and customers to sell packages or tickets.
• Assist Box Office supervisors with Season Tickets activities, including selling and changes.
• Count floats, restock brochures, maintain a clean and organized work area, print/mail tickets, and manage patron database.
• Perform other admin tasks for Guest Services as requested.
• Support FOH and Bar teams with pre-show needs.
