Job summary

Myo is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Associate to support our Markham and Richmond Hill clinics. This role involves delivering exceptional service, managing front desk operations, and coordinating with clinicians to ensure smooth daily workflows.

The ideal candidate will work 3–4 shifts per week, including weekday evenings and Saturdays, and must be able to travel between both clinics. Competitive hourly wage and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients with exceptional service at the front desk.
• Introduce Myo services to new clients with clear messaging by phone, walk-in, or written contact.
• Manage clinic schedule, optimize shifts, and handle waitlists for both Markham and Richmond Hill locations.
• Ensure all invoices and claims are submitted and filed accurately.
