Myo is seeking two Part-Time Front Desk Associates for the Kensington St. Calgary clinic. You will deliver exceptional hospitality, manage clinic operations, and support clinicians while contributing to the clinic’s sales objectives.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of customer service or hospitality experience, can commit to at least two shifts weekly, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Join a team dedicated to futureproofing the body and delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Ability to work a minimum of 2 shifts per week.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality and client service to all visitors.
• Manage clinic schedule, bookings, and waitlists with attention to shift optimization.
• Process invoices and keep accurate client notes for seamless service.
• Ensure clinic spaces are clean and well-organized, including equipment and rooms.
• Support marketing or business-driving initiatives as needed.
• Communicate effectively with FDA colleagues to ensure smooth shift handoffs.
• Share daily shift insights with Operations Lead when relevant.
