Job summary

Myo in Markham and Richmond Hill seeks a Part-Time Front Desk Associate to deliver warm, professional service at the clinic front desk.

You will handle scheduling, client check-ins, and billing while supporting clinicians. Availability for 3–4 shifts weekly, including Saturday, is required. Start date around November 2.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service/hospitality experience
• Able to work 3 shifts per week including Saturdays
• Comfort working across two clinics (Markham & Richmond Hill)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and hospitality at the front desk per Myo standards
• Introduce services to new clients with clear messaging via phone, walk-ins, or written communications
• Manage clinic schedule and optimize shifts, bookings, and waitlists
• Process claims, invoices, and transactions accurately
• Maintain clear, consistent client notes for seamless service
• Keep the clinic organized and clean, including equipment and treatment spaces
