Myo is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Associate for its clinic on 17th Ave in Calgary. The role supports clinicians, delivers exceptional hospitality, and ensures a seamless client experience while driving clinic sales objectives.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in customer service or hospitality, can work at least 3 shifts weekly with weekend availability, and takes pride in a clean, presentable clinic and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Able to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• You care deeply about ensuring positive client interactions.
• You maintain a clean, presentable clinic and strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and hospitality to clients per Myo standards.
• Introduce services to new clients with clear, on-brand messaging by phone, walk-in, or written communication.
• Monitor and manage clinic schedule; optimize shifts and waitlists.
• Process claims, invoices, and transactions accurately.
• Maintain consistent client notes and clinic cleanliness throughout shifts.
• Support business and marketing initiatives as assigned.
• Communicate with fellow FDAs and staff to ensure smooth handoffs between shifts.
• Share insights from shifts and client feedback with Operations Lead.
