Job summary

Myo is seeking two Part-Time Front Desk Associates to join our Kensington St. Calgary team.

You will deliver exceptional hospitality, manage clinic operations, and support clinicians to create a seamless client experience while contributing to the clinic's sales objectives. We require 1+ year of customer service experience, the ability to work at least two shifts per week, and a strong, presentable demeanor.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Able to work minimum 2 shifts per week.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proud of a presentable clinic and team.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide all clients exceptional service and hospitality in line with Myodetox standards.
• Introduce new clients to our service offerings with clear, on-brand messaging via phone, walk-in, or written communication.
• Monitor and manage the clinic schedule including shift optimization and waitlist management.
• Ensure all claims, invoices and transactions are submitted and filed accurately.
• Maintain clean, consistent client notes for seamless service to each client.
• Maintain clinic organization and cleanliness including sanitization and space upkeep.
• Engage in tasks related to client follow up, business development or marketing initiatives.
• Maintain consistent communications with FDAs and clinic staff for seamless handoffs.
• Share insights from daily shifts to Operations Lead as relevant.
