Job summary

Lifecentre Church on the Orleans Campus seeks a Part-Time Assistant Property Manager, Custodian, to support care, maintenance and operation of the campus. Work alongside the Campus Administrator and Assistant Property Manager, providing hands-on facility upkeep, custodial services, event setup, and seasonal property care to keep the campus safe, clean, welcoming, and ministry-ready.

Qualifications

• Experience in custodial services, facilities maintenance, or related field preferred.
• Experience in church, school, commercial, or community facility is an asset.
• WHMIS certification, or willingness to obtain, is required.
• First Aid/CPR certification is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain campus cleanliness, safety, and welcoming environments.
• Assist with preventative maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs.
• Support worship services, ministry events, and room setups.
• Seasonal grounds maintenance including snow/ice management.
• Prepare ministry environments and respond to operational needs.
