Qualifications

• Experience with standard institutional cleaning techniques is preferred.
• Reception experience is an asset; telephone manner should be professional.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Run the front desk in a courteous, efficient manner.
• Answer all incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Greet, assist, and direct all visitors.
• Handle administrative and introductory accounting duties.
• Sort mail and coordinate courier services.
• Arrange meeting room schedules and bookings.
• Maintain phone and distribution lists; update as needed.
• Provide evening security and emergency response when required.
• Clean common areas and facilities per assigned schedules.
• Perform laundry and related housekeeping duties.
• Operate floor care machines and basic cleaning equipment.
• Follow residence policies and safety rules; report concerns promptly.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings as required.
