Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to create a positive shopping experience at our Grand Bend store. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and keep the store stocked and clean. This role supports a friendly and efficient team environment.

Responsibilities include unloading shipments, replenishing stock, and maintaining safety and professionalism on the floor. Part-time position located in Grand Bend, Ontario.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles, preferably in retail or hospitality.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to think quickly and resolve issues effectively.
• Physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and replenish merchandise.
• Receive and unload merchandise, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
