National Diabetes Trust is seeking a part-time Charitable Donations Pickup Driver up to 29 hours per week in Alberta. You will drive a 3-ton straight truck, collect donated clothing and household items from customers and bins, and deliver to partners and storage facilities.

Responsibilities include route planning, daily paperwork, and maintaining safety and professional conduct. A Full Class 5 license and clean driving record required; strong customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read maps and plan efficient routes.
• Must be able to lift 10–50 lbs and drive a 3-ton straight truck.
• Valid Full Class 5 or higher driver’s license, clean abstract, 2–5 years driving experience.

Responsabilités

• Drive established routes to collect donated clothing and household items from customers’ homes and donation bins.
• Deliver items to corporate partners and storage facilities.
• Complete daily paperwork and Hours-of-Service documentation.
• Ensure safety and compliance with laws and company procedures.
• Interact with donors and provide a positive customer experience.
