Job summary

Scotiabank in Thornhill is seeking a Customer Experience Lead for a 15 hours/week role. You will oversee a team of Customer Experience Associates and Senior Associates, ensuring exceptional customer service and strong branch performance.

As Officer in Charge when needed, you will handle emergencies and escalations, drive improvements in customer experience, and assist with policy implementations. Flexible scheduling and prior banking exposure are assets for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience coaching and developing teams.
• Experience managing a team including scheduling is a strong asset.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Previous banking experience is a strong asset.
• Promote and demonstrate use of digital/self-service banking options.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage your team of Customer Experience Associates and Senior Customer Experience Associates.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
• Acts as the Officer in Charge (OIC) for the branch as required, managing emergencies and escalations.
• Contribute to branch success by identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
• Act as a change management lead by assisting with new policies and procedures.
