Job summary

Municipality of Chatham-Kent is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care in a long-term care setting. The RN will administer medications, monitor residents, and develop individual care plans, while ensuring compliance with CCNO standards and MOH guidelines.

This permanent part-time & casual role requires shift work including evenings, weekends, and nights, with flexible short-notice call-ins. A strong geriatric background and current RN registration are essential.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the Ontario College of Nurses.
• Standard Level First Aid and CPR Level C certifications.
• Completion of RN diploma or BScN required; geriatric cert desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care 24/7 on a shift basis.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Complete individualized care plans for residents.
