St. Angela's Meadow Care Centre in Chatham, Ontario, is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide and coordinate resident care on site under the Director of Care. The role emphasizes clinical practice, care planning, documentation, and collaboration with a diverse care team.

Requirements include MOH/MLTC compliance, computer literacy, and a current CRNO registration. LTC experience is an asset with opportunities for professional development in a supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
• Experience in a Long-Term Care (Gerontology) setting is an asset.
• Performs care planning and coordination of care in a diverse multidisciplinary care team.
• A demonstrated use of current care technology.
• Shall exhibit strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate an active interest in ongoing education, training, and professional development.
• Must ensure all MOH and MLTC requirements are met.
• Must be computer literate.

• Clinical Practice & Resident Care (assessment, intervention, care coordination, documentation, and wellness).
• Unit Management & Accountability (operations, staff supervision, resource use).
