Job summary

St. Angela's Meadow Care Centre in Chatham, Ontario, is seeking a Part-time Registered Nurse to deliver and coordinate high-quality resident care on-site at 575 McNaughton Ave. W.

Under the Director of Care, you will assess needs, supervise staff, ensure OHSA safety, document care, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team. Eligibility includes current CNO registration, experience in long-term care, and commitment to ongoing education. Vaccination and background checks apply.

Qualifications

• Current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (O. Reg. 246/22, s. 51).
• Experience in a Long-Term Care (Gerontology) setting is an asset.
• Care planning and coordination of care in a diverse multidisciplinary care team.
• Demonstrated use of current care technology.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Active interest in ongoing education, training and professional development.
• Must ensure all MOH and MLTC requirements are met.
• Must be computer literate.

• Provide and ensure delivery of nursing services to meet residents' assessed needs.
• Clinical Practice & Resident Care: assessment, intervention, care coordination and documentation.
• Unit Management & Accountability: operations, staff supervision, resource use.
