Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel and web navigation.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-focused leadership and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert to help families navigate from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles and benefits.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Foster a positive, safe environment for staff and customers.
• Coach others to deliver omni-channel service.
• Lead and execute a business focus area with planning and follow-through.
• Perform Leader on Duty duties, driving results and resolving concerns promptly.
• Use feedback to identify opportunities and drive improvement.
• Build customer loyalty through company programs.
• Provide timely feedback to store team and address performance.
• Recognize exceptional performance with positive reinforcement.
• Support Asset Protection with service, safety, and controls.
