Job summary

Carter's, Inc. is seeking a Part Time Supervisor to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll greet customers, share knowledge on our baby and children’s apparel, and foster an inclusive, collaborative store environment.

You will lead a focused area, coach teammates, and ensure exceptional service while addressing customer concerns promptly and maintaining store safety and stock integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds as needed.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert to help families navigate every moment from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits.
• Lead and supervise an assigned business focus area through planning and detailed follow through.
• Perform Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities by driving results and responding to customer concerns timely and with an appropriate resolution.
• Support store operations with Asset Protection through safety and operational controls.
