Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Oshawa, ON is seeking a part‑time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life daily and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You’ll be the face of our company, passionate about AE/Aerie products and building brand loyalty with every guest.

Responsibilities include engaging guests using the AEO Selling Model, educating on products, promoting the loyalty program, and flexing across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while resolving guest concerns

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following store policies.
• Collaborate with teammates to keep the store running smoothly.
