You’ll educate guests on AE & Aerie products, promote loyalty programs, and collaborate with the team across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom. The role emphasizes energy, people skills, and brand passion.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make thoughtful recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Be a team player and assist teammates to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and follow AEO policies and procedures.
