Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life daily and deliver an amazing shopping experience in Belleville, Ontario.

You are the face of the company, passionate about AE & Aerie products, and will help build brand loyalty with every guest. You will engage guests with the AEO Selling Model, educate them on products, and promote the loyalty program while moving across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• At least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they're looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Support the team and contribute to getting the job done.
• Uphold the brand values and integrity of AEO.
