Responsibilities:

1. Motivate to drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
2. Focus on customer needs to proactively drive business.

5. Represent and uphold customer experience expectations in store.
6. Deliver consistent brand-aligned experiences supporting store vision.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge:

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills with customers and staff.
• Ability to maneuver around the store, lift up to 30 lbs, and work with chemicals safely.
• Stand, move, and walk for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts and travel.
• Ability to develop positive relationships with customers and team members.
