Part-Time Brand Ambassadors prioritize the customer experience, providing personalized and inspiring service that exceeds expectations. Brand Ambassadors serve as the entry point for future leadership roles within Ralph Lauren, beginning their journey in our company.

• Motivated to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

• Utilize innovative shopping methods and new technology to enhance sales.
• Represent and uphold customer experience expectations in-store.
• Deliver consistent service aligned with RL brand standards and store vision.
• Champion RL core values and foster a collaborative, customer-focused environment.
• Engage in networking to build a clientele.
• Provide ongoing feedback to management on successes and opportunities.
• Support alternative purchasing options like Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home.
• Enhance product discovery through digital tools such as QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores.
• Report category opportunities or needs to management.
• Maintain store standards at all times.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred, especially in high-volume or high-profile environments.
• Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
• Physical ability to maneuver around the store, handle chemicals, lift up to 30 lbs., and climb as needed.
• Ability to operate registers, stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule availability, including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as required.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers, management, and colleagues.
